Yes Group is a vertically integrated Australian renewables company specialising in solar and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects.
The platform has grown from a local electrical services provider to being a trusted partner that develops, owns, operates, maintains, and manages a portfolio of solar and storage projects across Australia.

The asset portfolio reviewed included the Port Augusta Solar Farm (6.84 MWp / 4.95 MVac), Molonglo BESS (6.9 MW / 7.45 MWh), several projects under construction (three solar farms and one BESS), and a development pipeline of 20 additional projects across New South Wales and South Australia.

Driving Change

As part of a buyer’s due diligence process, Infravue was engaged to review the development and design processes for projects under development, including site selection, permitting and licensing pathways, grid connection, and governance structures. The assessment spanned the entire project lifecycle, from greenfield developments to acquisitions, and was further supported by site visits and interviews with Management.
