Infravue team members were engaged as the buy-side technical, H&S and ESG advisor for CDPQ.
The due diligence process included a review of asset design, operations, systems, H&S, ESG, health and safety, and business planning. It also looked into future capex, opex, potential expansion costs, and Connexa’s ability to adhere to the BTS timeline.
The portfolio included more than 2,400 passive mobile infrastructure and resulted in CDPQ’s successful inaugural infrastructure investment in New Zealand.
