The Opportunity
Infravue is seeking a talented Consultant – Senior Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play an integral part in delivering high-impact advisory services, collaborating with industry leaders, and contributing to major investment decisions that shape the future of infrastructure.
Some of your key responsibilities will include;
- Conduct in-depth due diligence and develop high-quality transaction reports.
- Manage data rooms, Q&A coordination, reporting frameworks/templates, and other administrative functions.
- Participate in site visits and conduct risk assessments to understand key technical, operational, H&S, and ESG issues critical to transaction processes.

Who should apply

The Opportunity
Infravue is seeking an experienced Manager – Associate Director to join our growing advisory team. In this role, you will lead complex advisory engagements, manage client relationships, support business development, and mentor junior team members, while continuing to deliver high-quality technical and commercial advice across infrastructure transactions.
You will play a key role in shaping transaction outcomes, supporting major investment decisions, and contributing to the growth and capability of the firm.
Some of your key responsibilities will include;
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of technical and commercial advisory engagements, including high-quality transaction and investment reports.
- Take ownership of engagement planning, resourcing, delivery timelines, and quality assurance.
- Interface directly with clients, investors, advisors, and other external stakeholders, acting as Infravue’s day-to-day lead.
- Lead and coordinate site visits, technical assessments, and risk reviews across technical, operational, H&S, and ESG considerations.
- Identify, assess, and clearly communicate key risks, mitigations, and investment insights to clients.
- Provide technical leadership on engagements, reviewing work produced by others and setting clear delivery expectations.
- Mentor and develop consultants and senior consultants, supporting their technical and professional growth.
- Contribute to business development activities, including proposal development, client pitches, and market engagement.
- Support the continuous improvement of Infravue’s methodologies, templates, and internal knowledge base.
Who should apply
- Typically, 7–15+ years’ experience in infrastructure, engineering, investment, technical advisory, or management consulting, with exposure to transactions or major capital projects.
- A degree in Engineering, Economics/Commerce, Data Science, or a relevant combination of these disciplines.
- Demonstrated capability in leading teams and managing the delivery of complex workstreams or full engagements.
- Strong technical and commercial judgement, with experience translating complex issues into clear, decision‑focused advice.
- Proven client-facing experience, with the ability to build trusted relationships and confidently manage stakeholder expectations.
- Exposure to business development activities such as proposals, bids, or client origination is highly regarded.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce and review high-quality reports and presentations.

This role is suited to an experienced advisory professional who can originate work, lead complex engagements, and build long-term client relationships, while maintaining deep technical and commercial credibility across infrastructure sectors.
As a Director, you will be accountable for winning and delivering work, setting the standard for quality and professionalism, and contributing materially to Infravue’s growth, reputation, and strategic direction.
Some of your key responsibilities will include;
- Lead and deliver complex, high-value advisory engagements, maintaining overall responsibility for scope, quality, risk, and client outcomes.
- Originate new advisory opportunities through strong client relationships, market engagement, and thought leadership.
- Act as a trusted adviser to investors, boards, lenders, and senior stakeholders on material technical, commercial, operational, and ESG risks.
- Provide senior oversight and quality assurance of transaction reports, investment advice, and strategic advisory outputs.
- Lead client engagements end-to-end, from proposal development through delivery and close-out.
- Set engagement strategy, oversee resourcing and budgets, and ensure commercial performance and delivery discipline.
