Merrill Lee
Managing Partner
Merrill is a technical advisor to many of the world’s leading infrastructure investors including private equity, institutional and pension funds.
He is an experienced executive, previously holding a number of leadership positions as Global Head of RPS Deal Advisory, Head of Finance and Economics at Arup Australasia, and as a Director at KPMG Australia. To date, Merrill has advised on over $40 billion in successful infrastructure transactions across multiple asset classes and geographies in the Asia Pacific region.

Auret Basson
Partner
Auret has more than 18 years of experience working on various large infrastructure projects as an engineer and transaction advisor. Auret has worked on more than 100 wind projects and 300 solar PV projects over his career with a total installed capacity of 32GW.
His experience covers all phases of the project development lifecycle from conceptualisation, and detailed design to construction and commissioning. Auret has significant experience in the review and negotiation of construction, operation and offtake agreements.

Henry Baz
Partner
Henri has worked as an engineer, academic and consultant throughout his career. He has led several complex transactions in the energy, digital, telecoms and the utilities space.
As a certified asset management assessor (CAMA – ID 4646), Henri understands the intricacies of Operations and Asset Management, and can provide guidance around ISO 55000.
Henri has held high positions as a Director in the RPS Deal Advisory team, and Advisory Co-Leader for NSW/ACT at Arup.
He has advised on more than 25 deals throughout the Asia Pacific region, which include, but are not limited to

Lily Elliott
Partner
Lily has a range of experiences on large-scale infrastructure projects helping clients make investment decisions across energy, digital, utilities, and roads assets.
Prior to RPS, Lily was a Management Consultant with Advisian. Her exposure to a range of projects has provided her with a diverse skill set from technical knowledge, awareness of commercial factors and understanding client needs.
Lily has acted as an engagement manager on a number of technical advisory engagements, including transaction such as:
