Dr Merrill Lee
Managing Partner
Merrill is the Managing Partner of Infravue as well as one of the firm’s founders. He is passionate about helping investors and operators unlock value over the investment lifecycle.
Merrill is an experienced executive, having advised on the acquisition, transition and divestment of infrastructure assets across a broad range of asset classes. To date, he has advised on over $40bln of transactions in more than a dozen countries across the Asia Pacific region.
Merrill holds a PhD in Aerospace Engineering where he researched on stochastic methods for the design of composite aircraft structures as well as a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering (Honours Class 1).

Auret Basson
Partner
Auret is a seasoned infrastructure investment advisor with a strong understanding of the intersection between engineering, finance, and sustainability. Auret’s commitment to driving positive change in the infrastructure sector is evident in his emphasis on sustainable and innovative solutions. Whether it’s advising on financing large-scale renewable energy, transport or industrial projects, Auret brings a wealth of knowledge and a strategic mindset to support clients to make informed investment decisions and add value to existing assets.
Auret holds a Bachelor and two Master of Engineering degrees, completed a Sustainable Finance course and CFA Level 1. He is also registered as a Professional Engineer and a registered Project Management Professional (PMP).

Henri Baz
Partner
Henri has built his experience as an engineer, academic and consultant over the course of his career. He has consistently delivered top-tier results through his direction of numerous buy-side transactions, sell-side transactions and operational advisory engagements across multiple asset classes throughout Asia Pacific.
Henri is a Certified Asset Management Assessor (CAMA – ID 4646) and possesses a comprehensive understanding of Operations and Asset Management in accordance with ISO 55000 standards.
Adding to his formidable experience, Henri holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours Class 1 and The University Medal) and completed and passed both CFA Level 1 and CTA Level 2.

Tim Cook
Partner
Tim is a skilled executive, having built and managed teams in Australia and abroad for the diverse portfolios of environment, natural resources, marine and sustainability. Tim has extensive experience across the whole planning, engineering. operation and investment lifecycles. Tim has also run his own advisory business.
Tim’s strength lies in the ability to lead the interface between different technical aspects within the environment, sustainability social and governance disciplines. He is a systems thinker with over 25 years’ experience and a practicing lead environmental auditor, who holds a Bachelor of Science.
To date, Tim has led the delivery of ESG due diligence on over $65bln of diverse transactions across the Asia Pacific region.

Lily Elliott
Partner
Lily has a range of experiences on large-scale infrastructure projects helping clients make investment decisions across energy, digital, utilities, road and industrial assets. She has used this to develop a diverse skill set around the interface between technical and operational settings into investment risk and opportunities. Her awareness of commercial drivers and understanding client needs allows her to drive successful client outcomes.
Lily has a technical and commercial background obtained through her university studies, with a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Hons.) & Bachelor of Commerce (Finance). She has acted as an engagement manager on several infrastructure deals throughout Asia Pacific.
